Here is a List of all people who got any kind of moderative power or a special rank.

Database Administrators
Can edit/delete all characters/lists in the database as well as posts/threads in all forums. Can also ban/suspend users and edit the board software's settings as well as server and class information for the database.
Database Moderators
Can edit/delete all characters/lists in the database as well as posts/threads in all forums.
Contributers
These are people who are helping out with suggestions, testing new features and data collection. Currently they don't have any special powers on the site.
